Ask in writing, no reason required, no exit fee. We will tell you what the manufacturer's step costs and how long it takes. That step is theirs, not ours, so we do not promise their timescale — only that our part starts the day you ask.
Moving your slave tool here needs your current master's written release. Some refuse.
That is not in our gift and we will not pretend otherwise. If your master says no, we subsidise a new tool instead — ask for the figure when you apply, and hold us to the release promise on the left from day one.
